Global Conceptualisms on Jacket2

A series of conversations curated by Vanessa Place called the “Global Conceptualisms” has just launched at Jacket2. Each discussion will present dialogues between conceptual writing practitioners from around the world. As described in the introduction: “This series is intended to make public conversations that have previously been private,” allowing the participants to “discuss their practices, the origin and state of what may or may not be called conceptual writing in their [geographic] area, and consider any fruitful similarities and differences between them.”

The inaugural piece features Vanessa Place, Co-Director of Les Figues and co-author of Notes on Conceptualisms, and Tania Ørum, Associate Professor in the Department of Arts and Cultural Studies at the University of Copenhagen.
